Situation Analysis: Using a proven model of organization performance, we analyze the various aspects of your organization to determine where you can benefit, both short term and long term.
To gather information, we use initial information from you, the client, and then do interviews with a cross-section of your people and examine available documentation on your strategy, systems, customers / users, etc.
Depending on the size of your organization, a situation analysis and documented feedback to you can take from several days to 3 weeks.
From the situation analysis, we then know what to concentrate attention on. It could be strategy enhancement... or job design... or improved communication links between groups. For example, sometimes the strategy is not being carried out by the work design... and the definition of work must be improved. Sometimes the formal strategy is out-of-date - but the work that is being done is consistent with good business. So updating the strategy is the next step.
