Please Note:
When making arrangements with a hotel or conference center, it's smart to ask in advance if they have the necessary network facilities for video and web conferencing. Plan on at least 3 weeks lead time to have ISDN lines installed if it is not already in place.
If your Hotel says they have a T-1 line, it may or may not work for video conferencing. This must be tested in advance.
