Emotions in the Workplace : Healthy Anger | Woman, Anger & the Workplace | Transforming Stress

Women, Anger & the Workplace

Anger: the natural feeling when your expectation is not met, or your boundary is crossed.

While both men and women experience anger in the workplace, women find themselves facing additional challenges.

Expectations and actions based on generations of experience as mothers and homemakers are different from the sports/military paradigm of big business. These culture differences set up fertile ground for anger and stress - for both men and women.

Also, women have traditionally expressed anger in ways different from men - and often these ways are unhealthy to the body - and to the organization.

This workshop provides information on Healthy Anger that is specifically tailored to the needs of women. Emphasis is on:

  • Identifying unspoken expectations that create stress
  • Defusing stress
  • Empowering healthy change
  • Communication differences between men and women and how to get yourself heard
  • Diagnosing the "rules of the game" in your organization
  • Developing the vocabulary to best communicate the needs of the business

The value of gifting our business and government organizations with values derived from women's culture is increasingly understood.

Using the energy of Healthy Anger to generate positive change is the way for a brighter future.

The best presentation during this conference. Keep up the journey on delivering
this information to women.
